  I bought this laptop for the large storage, it was an excellent price for a brand new one. It came in quick time and well boxed. I am not bothered about brand names. I had an issue, but I think it was my own fault, so I contacted them through Ebay and they got back to me quickly and after a couple of contacts all was sorted. So I have to say excellent customer service.

  Laptop us good value, only knocked one star off because royal mail did not let me know parcel had been delivered to neighbour, there was a hole I the box and when the neighbour pointed it out the postie said 'so?'. If I didn't have honest neighbour I might not have received parcel at all.
