    I ordered and paid for 50mm insulation x 2 and got 10mm x 2 instead. Tried countless times to request the original order be sent but they offered me a partial refund which was only 12% 0f the original purchase price. countless messages sent and still not resolved. I think they are trying to make the 30 day return policy run out so I can raise an issue.

    The very misleading description was made intentionally to trick customers into buying useless straps believing they buy lawn aerators. It is pointless to contact them as they make you pay £4 for the postage to return useless straps that cost £4.99. As I said before, the description was intentionally complicated with pictures to focus your attention on something else. They can call it smart, at the end of the day they got your money, but I call it dishonest sellers.
