  Bought cadet boots for a family memder, as previously had bought a pair for myself. Received an email from seller to avise the item was sold out and that they had refunded the payment. They also advised that they had sent a gift of a pair of safety trainers instead. Good communiation from the seller. Family member is pleased with the alternative.
