Item in as new condition with a decent saving over new price. Being Yale it should be of decent quality for the price paid. Tracked delivery with one hour time slot was helpful too

    Unfortunatly item was not quite as desribed ( said 3 keys, only 2 supplied) but Yale Official Outlet were very professional when this was raised, with an apology and a statement that the description would be changed, supplying a returns label and a full refund in a very timely manner. To me, this is the mark of a well run business (how they are when there's an issue). Because of this I'll rate them 5*

The key-safe itself was in original branded sealed packaging, so although it was advertised as refurbished, to all intents and purposes it appeared new. The key-safe was sturdy and high-quality, apparently in new condition and for half of the normal price. Delivery was free of charge. I could not be more satisfied.
