Although seller has dispatched quickly- ordered on & dispatched on 7th, Royal Mail tracked unfortunately let you down as took 7 days to arrive (4 later than RM admit estimated). The Royal Mail tracked parcels are getting slower & slower, sadly it may be better for you to use a different tracked service to protect your business. Thank you.

    AA++ Seller. I didn't receive item unfortunately through Royal Mail. However the Seller was very helpful and gave me a refund. I still haven't received the item, assuming sticky fingers are once again back in the Sorting Office, and the "Missing" still happening at Royal Mail.
