The item appeared brand new & exactly as described. Seller was very accommodating. Communication & customer service were stellar. The problem was the USPS. Their actions are unacceptable and sadly irresponsible. Their rift with the government is only making it hard for American buyers. It better get resolved soon or my buying days at E-Bay are over. I waited 2 weeks for an item to move 2 states away from me. NOT the seller's fault in any way. FANTASTIC E-Bayer and would buy from again!
