  I was really looking forward to getting this organic ginger but when I received it, it wasn’t organic so I had to send it back, but that being said the customer service was impeccable as soon as I raise my displeasure, the company got in contact with me straight away, I was able to return the product and had a full refund. Excellent customer service! Will buy from this company again, just not the ginger.
