  Have bought from this seller before. Plants have been very well packaged and in perfect condition. I had a parcel go missing, the seller sorted this out immediately and sent a replacement out straight away, which i received 2 days later. Customer communication was second to none.   Finally arrived safe and sound after my first order was damaged by the carrier. Customer service is second to none, replacement order recieved within a few days. Once again package was crushed and damaged but luckily the plants had survived the journey. Plants are great value for the money, very strong and healthy. Highly recommended this seller and will return for future orders.

  Good quality bare root rose, arrived in good condition, well packaged (as the box was squashed during transport and left on the side of my porch by postal service) I have ordered from this seller a number of times and I have not been let down.   The photos show the vast difference between what was advertised and what I received. Other buyers will see now what they will really be getting .Ornamental red robins are hard to find so is it wise sending by Yodel taking 3 days in hot weather ? Result dry thirsty plant . Responsive customer service is crucial on EBay - Plants very expensive, poor value, not as advertised plants. Just been told to return them, they wouldn’t survive

  Plants arrived in a sorry state with a lot of them broken & very poorly packaged. Box battered up when it arrived, this was down to Yodel, the courier handed me the box on its side when it clearly stated on the box, ‘this way up’ with arrows pointing upwards. Contacted seller with photos of condition. I was refunded in full straight away. So no quibbles at all with customer service. 👌🏻 5*

  Amazing seller perfect plants & packaging, reliable too, although they use Yodel it's fast & handled with care, at least in my area, good tracking too with around a 2 hour window.
