  Item is broken. I’ve sent photos of item broken still in sealed packaging. Seller wants to give 30% refund for item that is broken and not usable due to being a small business. Won’t refund in full. I will be taking the matter further. Avoid seller at all costs! Update- after negative feedback they have agreed to refund me. However, I’ve not received it yet.
