    Do not recommend. The item I ordered did arrive quickly. 2 of the 3 weren't sealed. There's nothing on the label telling me what's in these or how to take them. When I messaged the seller they simply said, "shipping takes a while from China". When I replied with "that's not what I asked, can you tell me what's in these before I take them?" The reply was"thank you, have a nice day ". I don't recommend this seller or this product. I don't feel safe taking it and communication sucks.

    Great hat and great price! But seller mailed it in cheep plastic wrapping that tore. So hat arrived dirty. Seller should have wrapped it in one more layer. Also shipping took a long time, but it did arrive within the estimated time range (only just).
