  Unfortunately the item arrived with the glass broken and I immediately contacted the seller. While they initially only offered me 20% by way of compensation I am happy to say that the matter was quickly resolved and I received a full refund. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in buying from them again. Really nice people

  Receivedl well on time & well packaged but box was slightly squashed. The first one I received was faulty, so the excellent seller sent me replacement straight away, without having to send the damaged one back!. The only slight criticism about these collapsible seats is, that you hv to make double sure all the plastic parts are connected properly & securely into right grooves, or it will collapse when you sit on it! Apart from that everything was ok &resonable price & can recommend this seller!
