  AVOID THIS SELLER!!…listing is for 2 x cypress tree’s(£57.29) size-1.2 to 1.4 tall but i didn’t recieve them,i recieved 1 x tree 90 to 1.0 tall..ebay no help so forget buyer protection,how do some sellers like this one get away with this??

  ONLY ONE TREE ARRIVED. So condition was half. I paid for two. I contacted seller. They said give it time which I did. It did not arrive, they said give it more time, which I did. Now they are ghosting me. EBay is not helping re refund. They are trying to get me to return planted tree in a grave. The other tree that I paid for did not arrive so nothing to send back. I am struggling with eBay and this shop for my refund
