  Good experience with the seller - thank you for your considerate responses and actions. I really am grateful. The same can’t be said for the pitiful efforts of the courier (Yodel) who failed to deliver correctly. They said it had been delivered but I was unable to access it and unable to get any help from them (even after a formal complaint all they said was that they would “speak to the driver”).
