  I ordered this item which did not arrive on the date stated. I got in touch with the seller who was extremely helpful and did everything to sort this out. The items were dispatched but unfortunately was never delivered. The seller kept me updated by email but eventually offered a replacement or a refund. Despite all this I would still order from this seller again because of their professionalism and great attitude towards clients. Thank you seller.

  Go shopping Outlet has been very good, and has refunded me due to the tracksuits not arriving. The order was dispatched, though not tracked, so there was no true indication when it would arrive, only a time scale. When it didn’t arrive nine days past the estimated delivery. They swiftly issued a refund. I would gladly use them again.

  This dress is good quality and it is in mint condition. The appearance is good and it is good value for money. The postage was very reasonable and it was delivered quickly. It was well packaged and it was as described. Service was fast and efficient. It is nice to be able to wear a Christmas dress on Christmas Day. Would recommend.

  Item advertised as next day 24hr tracked, but it never arrived. Seller only responds with a generic cut and paste impersonal message, the same message every time over nearly 2 weeks, promising the item has been sent when clearly it hasn't. I advise you avoid this seller.

  I ordered 3 tops, only 2 were dispatched, arriving in the same packet. I contacted the seller who suggested the third had also been dispatched and could arrive later. I requested clarification; had it been dispatched separately as the other two had been sent together, but this question went unanswered. I waited but it didn't arrive. Fortunately eBay arranged a refund for the undelivered item. The two tops that were delivered arrived promptly but are made of a finer material than I expected.
