Absolutely diabolical! Item arrived with split seam. I was then told to sew it up and accept a part refund! Sew it up??? A safety device for a child? Are you kidding me? Then I have asked for a refund, I am expected to return the item even though the photos clearly show a fault but have had no communication since and no idea how to return and get my refund. Terrible service and I shall be taking it up with eBay. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND MORE IMPORTANTLY DO NOT RISK YOUR CHILD'S SAFETY!
