  Sent in a thin plastic bag so no surprise that it was damaged upon delivery (see photos). Then the real problems began with confusing messages from the seller and obvious lies regarding photos that were sent. Ok I got a refund but I am still after some baskets. One thing for sure I WILL NOT be getting them from this seller and I would totally recommend (based on my experience) that no one should buy from this seller

  Unfortunately, the items arrived extremely damaged (crushed) and I had to reshape them, which to be fair turned out far better than I expected, and this is why I decided to give Neutral Feedback and not Negative. Also, for a similar reason I decided not to give Positive Feedback either, this is because if the items had been appropriately packaged there would not have been any damage whatsoever. I believe my Feedback to be a fair account of this transaction.
