  Replacement clock mechanism and hands arrived wrapped only in a plastic Jiffy bag The hands bent out of shape to such a degree they were unusable Contacted the seller and after the usual back and forth of offering various amounts of refund, I received a full refund. When buying please be aware it may be poorly packaged with very little protection. And therefore may be damaged on arrival Not a uk seller quite obviously

  Poor service. Item arrived incorrect - the spindle was not the length ordered. Contacted seller to explain. They promised to send replacements but did not. We requested replacements by email a few times, but nothing. As a result, our small charity missed the vital Christmas market. Very disappointing.
