  When I placed my order, I didn't realize the item would be shipped from China. While it was a great price, I needed a new phone sooner than it would have arrived. Seller was very gracious in responding to my refund request quickly, and even checked their US distributor to accommodate my needs. Unfortunately, it didn't work out this time, but I'm impressed with the seller's customer service and will save them as a favorite for the next time I need a new phone! A+

  Wow! You guys are awesome. Not only did it come from China super quickly (I think like 4 days from shipping) but I bought 3 phones from 3 different sellers on eBay and this one is by far the best. Best condition as well as the best packaging. This seller even threw in a charge brick with the phone. The phone came covered in clear plastic like when new. Super impressed!
