  Item arrived on time and described fairly well. The thumb rest was missing a small part that switched the reel from anti-backlash mode to regular mode, which of course is why I bought the frame. I do however understand that that not all people know the intricate parts that encompass a level wind reel and sell their items as is. I do not hold the seller responsible for failing to see and disclose such a tiny detail. Packaging was secure. And I still have a usable frame so all is good.
