The PC was packaged very securely, with clear film protecting against scratches and a rigid air pouch surrounding the item for cushioning. After plugging it in, I verified that it came with every part, exactly as described.

The shipping was faster than I thought and it arrived on the exact day they said. I did some a couple of issues (prob caused by the shipper handling the box roughly) but the tech support folks responded to my emails the same day and we were able to resolve the problems.
