  Simply put, lego set was listed as new and in box and when it got here, it was not as represented by the pictures or images and had been taken out of box. Item was shipped in soft packaging too, which ripped in multiple places during shipping. Contacted seller about the false advertising to ask for a partial refund, never heard back.
