  Very helpful seller, I wanted to return the shoulder straps as the backpack I bought them for, I returned so these were no longer needed. They refunded me in full and told me not to bother sending them back. The return postage cost me £3.50 but they refunded this cost too.

  Brilliant turnaround price is best could find, only problem was delivery guy (nothing to do with seller) was a complete donut who lied about coming to my house, and didn’t know I had cctv, which showed he never came 😆 Brilliant seller, thanks will be back.
