Because this wasn't the seller's fault, it was the courier who'd crushed it and snapped the lid, The seller responded immediately with a full refund, no quibbles (I'd sent them a photo) and the glue itself was still contained in a zip-lock bag around the bottle. Offered at a good price, the right stuff, the wrong courier! Great customer service.

The only complaint is that as i was out when the parcel was delivered the courier DHL just left it on my doorstep in full view which is clear indication that the house is empty and open to break in, i hope this can be put to DHL to stop this bad practice, apart from that i can highly recommend this trader.
