Seller sent an item that was advertised for my strimmer did not fit ereturn requested but was offered a £2.00 refund to get a "PROFESSIONAL" to sort it out this was refused as it would weaken the strimmer head to chop perts of it to fit has not replied with request for a returns label so will have to get eBay to sort out

Item not as described and very misleading. Despite advert saying “4 Tier Mini Greenhouse With PVC Cover” apparently only the cover is includes. Then to get offered £3 compensation (after contacting supplier) . A disgrace to eBay. Two picture show what’s advertised to n contrast to what you actually get

I bought the fuel cap a few weeks ago. The paint came off the inside and it is gone into the fuel system of the motorcycle. I contacted the supplier and they have refunded me £10.09 but I am still out of pocket by £370 as the vehicle broke down as the injection unit has been blocked and damaged by the paint came off the item supplied. I have contacted the supplier many times and they have just fob me off with the refund for the product
