Not that good

Good standard ear plug

Great modable comfortable fit, and good size. I use them for swimming and unfortunately didn’t find them as good as the brand I usually use as they did let water in due to not keeping that tight fit. Great effectiveness and value

In my opinion, based on over 20 years of using earplugs, these are the best by far. In my experience these are effective and economical. I am a particularly light sleeper and these block out more sound than others I have tried. I have very small ear canals and other varieties just pop out even if they stay in for a little while. These stay in place well and only need replacing when they lose their tackiness due to contact with one's natural skin oils in the ear. I've not made an actual note of length of time but my guess is I replace them every 10-14 days or so and and one blob's enough for both ears. Didn't work for me

Followed the instructions and they felt comfortable in my ears, but I couldn't deal with the weird "underwater" sensation.
Will try them for swimming, but not right for me for sleeping.
