Works great. The hard drive ribbon cable was loose and I had an old iPod Classic SSD for 128GB that I had around my apartment so I got this knowing error #5 is a hard drive failure. Sure enough, I found the hard drive cable loose and the SSD worked just fine in the device. After getting Windows 7 up and running, I got this device reset and working. So all is good on my end. Thanks for the unit... packaged well and it works perfectly fine.

Zune

I couldn't set it up even though I tried so many times I even bought the software .Well I personally wouldn't buy the Zune again . I still have the Zune but I was not able to set it up . I probably break it or throw it away. In conclusion if you don't want to waste your money buying the Zune and the software to set it up .Please don't buy it if you don't want to have a hard time trying to set it up. My Zune was sealed in 5 layers of protection. It worked well for about one week but that was no fault of the seller. Microsoft manufactured the 80gb and 120gb with bad HDD. So I had to purchase a new HDD and now all is well. It was a head ache at first but I know it's an excellent device when it's working. I still have my 3ogb Zune and it's been working since 2006. The only good part on the unit I received was the back cover.

1. The battery leaked and was no good.
2. the board will not power up.
3. the lcd will not display anything.
4. the buttons will not work.
