Seagate BarraCuda Hard Drive. 2 TB.
Once initialized it works fine, being 2 TB it was instantly recognized by my system and doesn't come with all the problems of a 3 TB which only shows up as a 746 GB hard drive no matter how you format it.
Decent transfer speeds even on an old sata II motherboard. Ideal for storing my steam games, which run really well off it.Read full review

Always found the 3.5" versions good.
I prefer the 3.5" versions, reasonably priced and has actually reduced in price compared with a few years ago, most P.C. parts have increased.

I had watched a hard drive installation / fitting clip on the internet for an empty Lacie D2 Quadra V2 case which I had lying around. Decent 2TB HDD for the price
A Decent size to hold all my backups needed at 2TB, will not need to be upgrading for a while. The performance of writing and reading is also of good performance and not really had issues with Seagate products on their Barracuda and Barracuda Pro lines as well as the other lines.Read full review
