I bought this as my original sky control stopped working. This was a terrible product and I had to call sky and report the issues I had, engineer came and checked everything informing me this was a poor copy explaining why, got an original sky one now which is perfect. However it still remains on of the most reliable and bet remote for controlling sky he boxes, It's easy tu set up with the correct witch which comes with the handset. Excellent replacement remote and fantastic price, only slight qualm was that the instructions included with it were not that easy to follow and I could not programme my remote with the codes or any of the methods stated. However all was not lost as I found an easier way to programme it without any codes on a sky forum online. So all in all happy with this product.Read full review

Strikes me that it doesn't seem quite as good quality as the original and buttons don't seem to be as responsive. However, it is fully functional and at a quarter of the cost of elsewhere, why would I complain.Read full review
