Making a Good Unit Better
1 of 1 found this helpful I am a longtime Total Gym devotee, so I look carefully at every accessory they offer. The dipping bars, the abs crunch, all outstanding. I was a little cynical about the cyclo trainer. Bottom line is that it is a solid, well made piece of exercise equipment, that transforms my total gym into a recumbent bike. For my needs (martial artist recovering from a serious leg injury) it is perfect.

First Rate Supplement
I have used other supplements of this kind, but found this to be the best one. The problem I had was the price which at GNC is literally double what I paid via e-bay. As an older athlete the effects of a supplement are easy to gauge -- running longer, running faster, lifting more, recovering better. Not I think I feel better -- I kn ow I am performing better.
