So Far So Good

I installed this replacement pump about a week ago and it has been working great. It fit exactly and required no modifications on my Whirlpool Duet model # GHW9100LW1. Although it does look a little different than the original pump, it doesn't seem to matter. One obvious difference is the outlet port where the water exits the pump. It points straight up, instead of pointing toward the back of the washer like the original. Even in this configuration, the hose does not come into contact with any other parts of the machine. I purchased this pump based on its price relative to the OEM price and the positive reviews given for it. Hopefully it is durable and will last as long or longer than the original pump, which was 14 years. We'll see. Be sure to keep the grommet and screw from the old pump to re-use to secure this replacement. Installation was simple!

Daughter Loves It

Materials used are good quality. Was concerned the skirt was too big when it arrived, but relived to find the waist is adjustable. Seems like the sizing may run a little large though.

Great Little Book

Pros: Excellent information, everything you need! Cons: Bulky Advice: If I bought again I would NOT get the binder. It is hard and much too large to carry in your pocket. I'd get the bound/book type version instead.
