Straight forward, delightful experience.
Nice sturdy laptop, ideal for my daughter who has downs syndrome and doesn't like the difficulty of a touch screen over sensitive windows8 facility. She also prefers being able to have a physical DVD/cd player in built and the option to use headphones.
There is nothing we dislike about this laptop. It was the easiest laptop ever to set up, it connected to the Internet immediately and once we realised there was a sound on off button it was ready to go. It was much better than other more expensive products and certainly much simpler and straight forward than windows 8 or even windows 10. I would certainly consider having this laptop for any other of my children and even myself.

My chilrdren aged 5 and 11 loved it
My children loved Mulan 1 so thought this would hold their attention also.Is a typical Disney film which they watched all the way through.
