Direct bolt on, but difficult without pulling the motor.
Great option and easy to install. Appreciated all the hardware included. Recommend lifting the engine and unhooking the wiring harness to install. Be careful pulling the rear studs out of your exhaust manifolds, they like to break off in the heads!
