  Wrong puzzle sent - simple mistake. No response to messages to resolve, and no response to ebay resolution. Eventually had to ask ebay to step in and they refunded in full. Seller had been away on holiday and not seen messages. Resolved the situation when she returned at her expense, so happy to revise feedback.

  I am sorry I sent the wrong puzzle and as soon as I came back from holiday I responded. I did put on the web site I was on holiday. I am trying to resolve the problem have found who I sent your jigsaw to and asked if she would forward it onto you at my expense
