Quiet and efficient.
3 of 3 found this helpful I took a chance on this unit after seeing a smaller one which wasn't very useful. This one is! It won't be as powerful as a mains one but if you want it nearby like as it says, a desk fan then it's certainly a good buy I think. It's quiet, smooth running and doesn't get hot or even warm suggesting the motor isn't designed to operate at near breaking point with a short life! I've regularly had it running for a whole working day (8 hours) powered from a pc USB port for a few months now and had no problems with it at all. The on / off switch looks very small to me and might fail sooner than expected but does work well with a definate click. I tend to plug, unplug or switch from the pc start and shutdown so I can't give a rating on switch life. The metal casing and blades look easy to access for cleaning.

Palm free and works!
I was looking for a hand cream without palm oil / palm ingredients and this one was listed as palm free on a site I used.
I am pleased with that and the performance too. It dosent feel greasy or sticky and does help to heal cold weather splits as well as dry areas of the skn.

A good small FM radio.
I can only comment on the analogue FM part of this unit because I don't appear to have digital coverage in my area.
I'm very pleased with this as an FM receiver. It receives stations well and for a speaker so small has a surprisingly good tone and volume level, it even has a bit of bass to it, not tinny and painful to listen to.
Like all FM radios I've used the aerial does need to be in the right place and moved for different stations and needs trying in the best position to avoid interference. Once reading the instructions I'd say the operation is easy and makes sense. The automatic search tuning can take a while and I don't think you can fine tune manually but it does seem to fine tune on it's own. On that note it's worth setting up the presets for the stations you use, once set they can be accessed easily. The clock can only be set automatically from a digital signal so again without that facility in my area I can't comment on the clock or alarm facility.
