Lisa's Cottage was a brick and mortar antique and gift store that had to close due to a family illness. Now this eBay store helps divest of my store inventory and I also sell Comic Con and San Diego Padres items here. Cannot recommend this!
VERY complicated set-up procedure. Too many downloads to set it up, including Java. Was very frustrated. Returned it after trying to troubleshoot problem with technical support.

Wish they manufactured it again!
I save it to use on my most precious items because it really works at cleaning without leaving any streaks yet is gentle.

Reliable & cost efficient. Wish it had Wi-Fi capability. A+
Wish it was Wi-Fi enabled and it is a little hard to line it up the first time, but works great!
