Did not work
I ordered a Phillips Day Light White 6000K T8 Fluorescent Tube and received a 6500K Triphosphor T8. When my Electrician tried to change the tube it did not work at all. When he looked at it he found it was black at the ends indicating that it was broken. There is nothing more to say as I think this explains everything.
I did also request that it be sent at a later date as we would be away but unfortunately this was overlooked but luckily was left with a neighbour.
