Super tasty food, super fast
1 of 1 found this helpful Chicken strips and breasts, salmon steaks taste the best I've ever cooked. The griddle is so fast you get lovely seared, browned coat on the outside while the middle cooks completely yet stays soft and juicy inside. Veggies cook the same, tomatoes and peppers get lovely and sizzly - mushroom taste is really enhanced, much better than fried and not dried out like when you grill them. And all done with a couple of sprays of light olive oil and no sticking! It's so fast to heat up you actually have to turn the heat down almost straight away and it cools quickly too. To clean, it's just a quick wipe with a damp paper towel or cloth. I love it and keep throwing all sorts of stuff on it to experiment. Haven't had the frying pan out in ages!
