Small but mighty
1 of 1 found this helpful I've read complaints made by reviewers that the product is much too strong. They say they buy 400 mg supplements. I never buy more than 125 and take more or less as needed. So long as I get the dosage titrated to what my body needs, I have no problems, though I had my gall bladder removed as a young woman.
