Not for me ... disappointed
1 of 1 found this helpful Sadly I broke out really badly. My face has never been so bad. Iv reverted back to Effaclar skin care and hebal (clear complexion tablets ) which work better for me.
I was convinced it would help after reading the great reviews. Really disappointed. Very expensive for such tiny products . Maybe just not for me.

They Work
I have suffered terribly with acne from a teen to a adult. Prescribed long term antibiotics or the pil which were both effective. When I could no longer continue with this I tried these was little hope that they would work. I am delighted to say they do. I take 3 a day and they have made a massive difference and cannot recommend them enough .

Disappointing
I’m not one for leaving bad reviews but I was so disappointed with this . I was not looking for academic read but this book is so badly written I could not continue to read it. Such a shame.
