It works. I only need to take a few pills and problem goes away

Not the best
Flavour and taste is not good, but it does keep you fed, I guess..
And I think they're a bit hard on the stomach.. at least it was for me. Felt bloated after I ate them.

Nice and smooth
Feels good on the skin. Dont apply to much though.
