nice flag
Nice quality. The color goes nicely with a subdued black/grey operator hat. I did not realize that this does not have the velcro hook backing, but that was easy to sew on.

good little radios for this price
1 of 2 found this helpful If you can live with the barebones "just the radio and the belt clip" and supply your own AAA batteries, this is a perfect radio for you. Documentation is online and you need to familiarize yourself with the menu system that is similar on all newer generation if GMRS radios. The manual does not explain what the channel number 23 through 36 do, the first 22 are the standard GMRS and FRS simplex channels.
Please remember that you or someone in your immediate family need to hold a valid GMRS license from the FCC to operate these.

Most durable case I have owned
This one replaces the first and only one the phone was ever in, after 2.5 years the rubber widened and did no longer hold everything together. I was so happy with the first one that I replaced it with exactly the same one!
