Hewlitt Packard Packed a Surprise - Unfulfilled Great Expectation!
7 of 7 found this helpful I opened the first of my 4-pack HP Genuine 62 Black & Tri-Color Ink. I printed approximately 20 two-page documents, using very little color in my predominantly black-texted documents. This printing covered a span of two days, at which time I could no longer print due to NO INK. Both cartridges were depleted of ink. Upon initial installation of both cartridges, the printer's message verified the ink was genuine HP ink. However, the cartridges must have been faulty, as I could not fully complete a project due to inappropriate or inaccurately filled levels of ink. Currently, I am using the second pack (2 cartridges enclosed) and have not experienced the problem had with the first. However, I have had to use the second pack to satisfy the first project and now I am concerned whether or not I will have enough ink to complete this project.
