Excellent Body Pillow
I'm 5'9" and this body pillow fits perfectly. Very dense and full but still soft. Very supportive and can be twisted in lots of ways to support loads of positions.
You need to buy a pillow case separately but it's well worth it if you are having trouble sleeping because of surgery or body pains. Can imagine it'll be very useful during pregnancy also.
Completely supports you.

Great Cooling System
Excellent value for money. Plugs in via USB but has an additional USB port so you don't lose access should you need it. You can control the speed of the two sets of fans individually. The front pair and back paid can be used separately from one another.

Excellent Value for Money

It stands over a meter tall and oscillates around 120°.
It has three speed settings and it is relatively quiet.
Took me about 20 minutes to build, I managed to do it with just a flat head screwdriver and my fingers to pinch the bolts.
Quite a short power cord, I'd say around one meter in length.
Light enough to move easily up and down the stairs, but not so light that it is top heavy. It has a relatively wide crossed bar base so it is pretty secure.
I'm sure you can get better or fancier fans but honestly for the price I paid out is fantastic and does its job brilliantly.
