Amazing value
1 of 1 found this helpful The instructions are clear and the brand that makes this product, Ouyue Mewanten, has many videos available on YouTube. The instructions do not say to remove the airbag or trim but I did that and even though it took longer, I got much better results. Some of my friends cannot even tell that I did it because it just looks like it came with the car! I was unable to tuck the backside of it into the back of the steering wheel with the provided double sided tape and yellow plastic tool but I will be repainting my steering trim and will get to tucking when I pull the steering wheel off.
Attached below are some pics. The first was the original steering cover I had which was super thick. The second was a picture of my stock steering wheel which had layers peeling away due to years of being in the sun. The third is the initial fitting. The fourth was during the stitching/installation process, and the fifth is the finished product. I have never stitched something in my life and this was the first product I’ve ever stitched and in my opinion, it still came out great! Just make sure you keep it tight on each hole otherwise if you try to tighten it at the end you might risk breaking the threads.
In the box was the actual product, black or red thread, (your choice on what you want to put in), a thimble, needle, double sided tape, and a yellow plastic tool to help stuff the leather into hard to reach places. Although I did not use the yellow tool because I had taken off the airbag and trim (videos available online for this)
The feel of the steering wheel is premium. It makes the car feel much newer than it is and it does not add bulk like the Honda steering cover I had on before it. This also allows for a faster response time to turn than the older cover I was using.
All in all great price and great buy, love the product!!! ❤️

PRICED WELL
This retails for $299.99 on Logitech’s website but this is much cheaper for a newer one. Although you can only buy it in charcoal black and not the many other colors on Logitech’s website, the sound quality is still great and I cannot stop using it! This is amazingly loud for the size of the speaker and I sometimes connect it to my TV (via 3.5mm audio cable) to use it as a sound bar.
