Putting the handle on the Roller

I had a problem affixing the handle to the roller First attempt the water bung touched the handle 2nd attempt the scraper bar touched the roller due to bad welding of the roller Hopefully it will work ok after I file down the weld on the roller, I just hope it doesn’t leak now
