Good for the price
Goof for the price. I was happy to find this book used at half price.

Very nice but treads came loose after 2 weeks.
I run 2 miles a day with my dogs. Ive owned this hydration belt for 2 weeks now and the cozy part that hold the waterbottle in place has separated on one side due to the threads coming loose. Thats a bummer but....The belt itself is great, the material is like a nice sturdy stretchy neoprene and the bottles full are not heavy. It hold my large phone, chapstick, a roll of pop bags (just in case) and I could definitely fit a few other things in there as well. NOTE: the belt itself has adjustable straps right and left of clip in the back, it can only adjust a few inches but is very stretch which allows it to not feel constricting and absorbs the shock as you run.
