  First rate in every way except for Royal Mail Parcels. 3 1/2 weeks after posting, Royal Mail Parcels sent a tracking notification of delivery, stating date and time. But nothing had been delivered that morning except normal letter post. My wife and I were at home for the whole of that morning, and at the time of the claimed delivery, we were continuously close to our front door. Not found outdoors, or with neighbours either.
