Does the job
I use it on my work chair so it is used all day and every day and although I personally would prefer a slightly firmer roll, it works fine and I certainly notice when I sit on a chair without a back support roll. Being permanently fixed to the chair by the elastic makes it easy to adjust to the curve of your back
