Hard to get vitamin at a good price
Vitamin K2 is in the news a lot for its roles in cardiovascular, bone support, and against cancer. There's a big debate about whether the MK4 or MK7 form of Vitamin K2 is better. For a pure-play form of MK4, there's nothing better or more economical in the end than Thorne's Vitamin K MK4 drops.

all purpose mouth protection -- helps with dry mouth, too!
great as mouth protection at night for bruxism, but also works well to prevent dry mouth, which is what my mother uses it for

Super all-metal quality. This is the one to get
Super quality! Get one of the all-metal versions of this tool - like this one - not the kind that substitute plastic shells for some of the metal. Very impressed with the look and feel. This is an indispensable travel tool - just remember to pack it in checked luggage, not carry-on.
