  Item was described as listed apart from a few small issues. Was advertised as with box, then was informed after winning auction that it wasn’t - which as a collector is a major factor. I decided to continue with purchase and it took a while to arrive. Then arrived in very poor packaging. Communication was ok.

  I explained that the box was found to be water damaged, as had many other boxes, they wished to go ahead, but took some time to reply to this. The packaging was in 2 boxes and this is the one and only person that has ever complained about packaging!
